- Shipping the Item: Once authorized, securely pack the item and ship it to the address provided. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).
Refund Process
- Inspection: Upon receiving your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.
- Refund Issuance: Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Non-refundable Items

Exchanges
